0Cheating by Kageyama, a member of the Amagasaki Daimon-gumi, is discovered at the gambling den of the Matsuura family. The Matsuura family is subordinate to the Morita family, which is run by underboss Tatsusaburo Sunagawa. Sunagawa and his men plan to use this incident as a foothold to expand into Amagasaki, which quickly turns into an all-out war.
