She practiced classical ballet from ages six to sixteen and originally aspired to be a professional ballerina, but had to quit at age seventeen due to developing arthritis in her hips. At age eighteen Chloe moved to Riverside, California, where she worked as a dental assistant and as a waitress before becoming a roadie for the rock group Poison.
