He gained popularity by hosting the television program Sirma ēdienkārates. He also hosted the program Kulta ēdienkārates for several years, traveling to many countries of the world and introducing TV viewers to their most characteristic dishes. Co-owner of the restaurant Trīs pavāru restorāns.
