His love for photography began when he inherited vintage Nikkor and Vivitar glass from his family and learned film photography while shooting digital at a professional level. He enjoys using soft and vintage glass in his films, as they remind him of his start as a photographer and cinematographer. Brendan has a background in editorial photography and is known for "finding the frame" in seemingly ordinary settings.
