And an innocent pedestrian gets more than he bargains for when he is mistaken for a wanted man who officers believe is armed and dangerous.

A new recruit fresh out of training school makes her mark when she uncovers 12 kilos of cocaine hidden in a car. Officers on the border bridges are put on high alert for a kidnapped child who police fear has been smuggled over the border into Mexico.
