Overview: After Claire and McKenna's mother, Jessica, get into an argument over Seth, Claire decides to run against her in an election for block captain. When Tucker hears that a block captain can ban a person -- like Seth -- from the neighborhood, he readily agrees to manage Claire's campaign... or rather, to smear Jessica's. But when McKenna comes to Tucker with just the opposite proposition, all hell breaks loose.
