Overview: It's getting choppy out there all right, but even though the whirling blade cuts their little vessel in two, our heroes escape unscathed because...they're sitting on opposite sides of the craft! Rocky and Bullwinkle return to their laboratory in something less than triumph, booed by the fickle citizenry just because they've lost the mooseberry bush, while Boris and Natasha get ready to set sail for their homeland.
