Overview: Those little green men holding extremely ominous-looking weapons aren't congressmen, as Bullwinkle first surmises--they're Gidney and Cloyd, reluctant visitors from the moon, here to keep an invasion of earth tourists from cluttering up their homeland. Indeed, just to prepare for their visit, the two have had to practice dodging traffic, listening to jukeboxes, filling out forms, and breathing smog! Meanwhile, Boris and Natasha, twelve stories up, with a heavy safe as our heroes stroll by below, finally receive orders from headquarters: KILL MOOSE!
