Overview: Keeping people under the sword: An old doctor from a mountain village was found, and he found out that Lafayette's illness was caused by overeating, and prescribed a medicinal diet. Xiao Lizi was about to kill Xiao Fugui in order to get rid of the relationship, but news came that he wanted the chef to make a medicinal meal, so he hastily kept him under the knife. Xiao Fugui was looking for ingredients for medicinal meals, but he couldn't get them all together. He remembered his grandfather's recipe and used the existing ingredients to make medicinal meals. Lafayette recovered from a serious illness and left the town. Xiao Fugui is exempt from the death penalty, but he cannot escape the crime of living. He traveled westward with the Queen Mother to make meritorious deeds. Prompted by Xiao Lizi, Xiao Fugui decided to use pigeons to nourish Lafayette.
