In each of the six hour-long episodes, four bakers, along with their assistants, must bake non-stop in 3 rounds for 2 hours each. They first must complete creative cookies, next is decadent cupcakes and, finally, a showpiece cake; all from scratch and inspired by a surprise theme. As each round nears the two hour mark, Buddy and two rotating expert judges visit each baker’s station to taste and critique their sweets. With time still running and the bakers continuing to work, the judges determine the baker’s item on the bottom of the batch and send them home; until the last round when a winner is declared from the 2 remaining bakers. It’s a battle against the clock and the winning baker gets to finally relax on a dream vacation of their choice!
Episode 1
Four bakers have only six hours to conjure spellbinding cookies, cupcakes and a showpiece cake inspired by magic. Host Buddy Valastro is joined by pastry chef Zoe Francois and Cake Boss sculptor Ralph Attanasia to judge the creations and send the best baker on a dream vacation.
Episode 2
Four bakers battle the clock as they create mystical cookies, cupcakes and cakes that transport the judges to another realm. When six hours is up, Buddy Valastro, Lorraine Pascale and Dan Langan decide which competitor has earned an all-expenses-paid vacation.
Episode 3
Tension mounts as four bakers attempt to use savory foods in their cookies, cupcakes and showpiece cakes. After six hours of intense competition, Buddy Valastro, pastry chef Lorraine Pascale and Spring Baking Championship winner Nacho Aguirre decide which baker wins an all-expenses-paid vacation to a place where time finally stands still.
Episode 4
It's time to see who will sink and who will swim as four bakers dive into baking cookies, cupcakes and a showpiece cake inspired by the deep blue sea. When six hours is up, host Buddy Valastro, Food Network Star Tregaye Fraser and Cake Boss sculptor Ralph Attanasia will award the most-impressive baker with a dream vacation.
Episode 5
Four bakers go back in time as they create cookies, cupcakes and a showpiece cake straight out of the 1920s. When the party's over, Buddy Valastro, pastry artist Dan Langan and founder of DO Cookie Dough Confections Kristen Tomlan will send the best baker on an all-expenses-paid vacation.
Episode 6
Four bakers take host Buddy Valastro and judges Thiago Silva and Aarti Sequeira on an incredible journey as they create cookies, cupcakes and a showpiece cake inspired by their travels. After six hours of intense competition, one baker's journey will continue as they embark on an all-expenses-paid, once-in-a-lifetime trip.
