Overview: YIN has no faith in the law and he asks FUNG to give him advice. FUNG con?vinces them to give wrong statement and VIN agrees for his family’s sake. JIANG discovers that FUNG is doing some illegal business.' On the one hand she worries while at the same time she suspects that he is hiding some other things from her. Later she finds that FUNG is working for KWAI TUNG. She wants to warn YIN but is halted by FUNG. YiN and KWAI tell lie in the court but they are questioned critically as FUNG has given their statements to the lawyer working-for KWAI TUNG. Finally The HUNG's i.-Jin the case and take over "Lok Wah". KWAI TUNG decides to pull down the building and sell the land. The employees are not satisfied with this plan and have demonst1-ation. CHAI MAN is sad but he has to -flatter them.
