Overview: Plastic Man is vacationing in Europe when he discovers that the evil Dr. Superstein is causing problems for local villagers. Dr. Superstein is using a statue that he built to give life to his latest crew of monsters he has created. Once alive the monsters begin searching the villages for exceptionally smart brains for his next project. It is now up to Plastic Man to stop them.
