Overview: Finding no way out, PANG KWAI demands a large sum of money from HING WING. Making use of KAI TANG's grudge against KWAI, HING WING asks KAI TANG to meet KWAI at the jpark and negotiate with him. DIK KI and hisfamily happen to be at eht scen. KWAI directs his gun to DIK KI. KAI TANG takes a chance and shoots KWAI to death. After operation, KWOK MAN turns emotional unstable and often loses his temper on SIU MEI. KAI TANG regards himself responsible and feels very guilty. He then agrees to work again for HING WING to earn money for KWOK MAN to do further operation overseas. DIK KI perchance discovers that KAI TANG has lent a hand in TAK LUNG's business and thwI suspects that the lost gun is in fact.a trick of the two. DIK KZ looks into TAK LUNG's background and tries hard to gather evidences of his crime.
