Overview: Mei Sin leaves Kam On and opens her own small business. She lives on her own and leads a simple but happy life. Finding that Sze Man has been continuing to work for Tung Shing after knowing the cause of his father's death, Ka Lam is irritated by his ruthless behaviour. She decides to break up with him. Kam On contrives a series of tricks in the gold market which succeeds in causing Tung Shing losing a enormous sum. To rescue his company from bankrupty, Tung Shing seeks help from different sources. He is so worried and overworked that he loses conscious and is sent to the hospital to rest.
