Overview: During the transfer of patient from elderliness home to clinic, HAY meets the doctor on duty, FONG TIN CHIU. He is so responsible and deeply impresses her. In order to win the business, she destroys LOK's plan. She gets the contract successfully and appraised. by KOWK. When she meets LOK, she shows her victory. When HAY goes to her mother's cemetery, she meets CHIU, who is worshipping his wife. With the same sorrow feeling, they disclose their feelings and have sympathy on each other. LOK is really angry for being defeated by SZE. On the other hand, his staff, DICK, makes use of his company's name for his own benefits. He dismisses him right away.
