Episode 1
Petra Delicato is a Police Inspector who abandoned the lawyer career to join the Police squad in Genoa. When a serial rapist begins to strike in the city, she is appointed to solve the case, supported by Assistant Inspector Monte.
Episode 2
A brutal murder throws Petra and Antonio into the cruel underworld of dog-fighting. A veterinarian, an ethologist, and a bastard named Creepy will be their road companions in an investigation punctuated with murders along the way.
Episode 3
A series of brutal amputations, in a macabre ritual, leads the investigators to a sect with roots in Russia. Aided by the Russian police and in particular by the charismatic Egor, Petra and Antonio solve a nightmarish puzzle.
Episode 4
Mini-series finale. After the death of a much-hated TV gossipmonger, Petra and Antonio find themselves uncovering the seamy side of the entertainment business. Could the case be linked to the death of a young woman?
