Overview: TIM came back to Hong Kong and was sent to the police. They suspected TIM had something to do with NGAI's killing. LAI blamed HANG of sending TIM a lawyer. HANG said more people would be hurt if LAI pursued further with the case and begged LAI to let go. NICK was caught while trying to come to Hong Kong. FONG begged HO to save NICK. HO was an oriental police in the Philippines. HO saved NICK and asked NICK to help out with the local triad gang leader. NICK saved TUNG's life at their first encounter. TUNG was grateful at heart. LAI was furious about NGAI's death and he took out on PING. PING voiced out her sad grievance and their tension eased. At NGAI's funeral, KAN came to play tribute but was rejected. TIM came to bring KAN home. KAN reprimanded TIM harshly and had a stroke. TIM knew KAN would not forgive him and decided to return the company, NICK TIN to HANG and to start all over himself……
