Overview: Ricochet gets a letter that he suspects will involve a typical crime to solve. He discovers that Rocky Rattler kidnapped a widow for ransom, Droop-a-Long and Ricochet make pests of themselves trying to save her from the bad guy. As a result, Rocky Rattler turns himself in, and gets reformed.
