A father and daughter have been restoring their 1955 house for months, but the amount of work has been overwhelming. Maureen and Dan help them find a way to save the beautiful features they love while opening up the layout to make the home more inviting.

Episode 7

A couple loves their 1988 home in El Segundo, California, but it's overdue for a major update. With lots of demo and design decisions involved, Maureen and Dan will have to squeeze every penny out of their budget to bring this home into the 21st century.

Episode 8

An aunt and niece duo need help bringing their 1955 Los Angeles home into the present day. As if modernizing while preserving the home's history wasn't challenging enough, Maureen and Dan discover a big problem that might literally eat up their budget.
