When an all-powerful enemy appears to destroy all parallel worlds, a hero with the spirit of all Super Sentai will rise to fight back. Transforming into Zenkaiser, he joins forces with four robots called Kikainoids with the spirit of Super Sentai robos from across history.

Kaito runs into an old classmate from middle school, which causes Vroon to ask questions about love, when a monster puts everyone under a love spell.

Stacy tries hacking into the Tojitendo computers; Secchan finds blueprints for a new gear.

Magine wants to celebrate Tanabata for a second time when she is kidnapped; Zocks shows up with two stragglers whose treasure he had previously stolen. This episode is continued from a Kamen Rider Saber special which, unlike this episode, is not counted as an official episode.

The Tojitendo send a monster that can make evil clones of things - including Kaito and Zocks!
