Adam Luff interviews fans of the legendary Gerry Anderson, a man famous for TV shows such as Thunderbirds, Captain Scarlet, Space 1999, and many others. However, the fans have a tough challenge ahead: they must list five examples of his work that they like, and five examples that they dislike.

Adam interviews music producer and long time Gerry Anderson fan, Danny Baxter.
Episode 3
Adam interviews cosplayer and Gerry Anderson fanzine editor, Abbie Svenson.
Episode 4
Adam interviews the YouTuber and Lavender Castle fanatic known as SimpsonsClips24.
Episode 5
Adam interviews Rebecca Andrews, a Gerry Anderson fan who also loves James Bond (a franchise that shares a lot of the cast and crew with Anderson productions).
Episode 6
Adam interviews Ben Page, an American puppet filmmaker with his own version of Supermarionation, "Cinemarionette".
Episode 7
Adam continues his interview with Ben Page, this time by listing his Destroy list.
Episode 8
Adam interviews Willow Lambden-Smith, a novelist that's heavily inspired by Gerry Anderson's shows.
Episode 9
Adam interviews AJ Frost, a Gerry Anderson fan that was inspired to go into active service and follow the International Rescue motto of helping those in need.
Episode 10
Adam continues his interview with AJ Frost by going through his Destroy list.
Episode 11
Adam heads down under to interview Australian model-maker, Michael Sevior. His collection of model kits includes a fleet of vehicles from Thunderbirds.

Adam is still down in Australia, interviewing Michael Sevior and discussing his Destroy list.
Episode 13
Adam interviews Scott Sadler, a long-time Gerry Anderson fan who introduced his children to the Supermarionation shows, enticing a whole new generation of fans.
Episode 14
Adam and Scott continue with their discussion as they go through the episodes that Scott wants to destroy.
Episode 15
Adam interviews Maria Alice Gray, a cosplayer known for portraying Marina and Lady Penelope. They also discuss the 2004 Thunderbirds movie (despite Adam not being a fan) and of course, the episodes that Maria wishes to keep.
Episode 16
Adam and Maria cover her Destroy list as well as discuss S.T.O.R.M., a book series written by Maria that is inspired by the works of Gerry Anderson.
Episode 17
Adam covers the Keep list of fellow filmmaker, Emma Whitehouse-Bird who like Adam (and many other filmmakers) was inspired by the works of Gerry Anderson to follow a similar career path.

Adam covers the Keep list of Dave Munday, author of Writing in the Sand, a sci-fi novel that was (naturally) inspired by the works of Gerry Anderson.

Something unusual has happened on Keep and Destroy. There isn't a brand new guest this time, but previous guests have come back for more, but who are they? Fortunately, Dick Spanner finally debuts on Keep and Destroy, maybe he can help.

AJ, Danny, Emma, Maria and Michael return once more to throw one last bit of shade at those they wish to Destroy.

Keep or Destroy? Well, the time has come to make a decision and Adam has chosen to "Destroy". Keep and Destroy comes to an end as Adam picks another five to Keep and five to Destroy.
