We meet our protagonist, Chitose Hitotose, and his unusual living situation. Five teachers, each concerned for his well being, have decided to be his mother. Well, there is a parent teacher meeting coming up, so the moms decide to contest who gets to play the parent for the meeting, but nobody asked Chitose first.

Mutsuki is the main character in the episode. At the begining Chitose is fighting with some other students. Then Mutsuki comes to save him. Then when she is in class she sees the score from Chitose's test (5%). She finds out about the other grades and brings a tutor to teach him for days on end. Herself!

Chitose has a life outside his mothers. He has a younger sister Minazuki, who goes to his school with him and an older sister, Hazuki, who has a ravenous appetite and she's a pop diva. When Minazuki tells Hazuki how much fun it would be if Chitose could live with them. Hazuki takes this the wrong way and so begins a series of interesting competitions for Chitose. Hazuki vs. All 5 Moms, Prize: Chitose.

When the group goes to a ski resort, Satsuki and Chitose get trapped in a blizzard when the ski lesson she give him goes awry. In an avalance, Satsuki hurts her ankle, but keeps going to help her son. Meanwhile the others, except Minazuki, get completely drunk and worry for a bit.

It's the annual sports fest for the school where the red and white team battle it out. Your basic school competition. Mutsuki and Uzuki are cheering for the white team, but Satsuke and Kisaragi are the red team advocates. Chitose and Fumitsuki (the president) are on the white team, but Minazuki is on the red team. Yayoi is indifferent being the school nurse, she's just happy if the kids don't kill eachother and wind up with only minor injuries. Mina wants to make Chitose the MVP of the school sports fest even though they are on opposite teams. The moms all band together with Mina to make Chitose MVP!

Kanna schemes to lead all of the females in his life to a hot spring in a mountain resort hotel for a one night stay. The next day, a robot Chitose is taken instead of the real. Meanwhile, Kanna is in a disguise trying to steal Chitose in the street.

But when five of his female high school teachers decide to move in with him to become his new mamas, he learns that the chaos of their constant attention and concern change his life for the better, if only to teach him about the very special meaning of being part of a family and enjoying a quiet moment. Each of his new mothers has something special to share with him; an artistic cosplay princess, a nurturing supportive homeroom mother, a rowdy athletic sports fanatic, a priestess (sword miko) high school nurse mother, and a quiet secretive (possibly mad) science teacher/mother. These five adoptive mothers accept not only Chi-kun, but also his two sisters...
