Overview: A convict comes out of prison only to put into action what he has plotted for the past 15 years. His target: a slow and painful death for Sergeant Alan Leong. He cunningly uses Alan's teenage daughter Cindy as bait. Either Inspector Mike Chin solve the case real quick or someone dies.
