The Norse Gods are terrorizing Vienna, Austria, famed city of classical music and art, by creating a phenomenon that torments humans and robs them of their will to create music and art. They plan to "reclaim" what is rightfully theirs as they gave humanity the gift of art. The 00 Cyborgs head to Austria to stop the gods from destroying a music festival and rescue the daughter of the organizer of the event.

The 00 Cyborgs soon learn the town is full of frenzied villagers who trust no one and kill anyone who comes out at dusk. 009 must face off against the legendary Count to unravel this mystery and save the town from itself!
