Episode 1

Episodes one to four begin with a reveal of two key ingredients, from which each contestant creates a menu comprising one small and one large dish. Danni and Joris pick their favourite three, determining the identity of the three cooks who will battle it out in the kitchen. Those not picked observe from the sidelines and get a chance to try again next time.
