Nadiya presents a selection of recipes for feel-good sweet treats. She cooks a custard tart with a creme brulee twist, coffee and walnut focaccia, lemon and basil shortbread and an inventive no-bake chocolate mint roll.

Nadiya gives us some fresh and zingy recipes for less indulgent days. She cooks up a butternut squash soup, makes her own version of a classic Thai salad, a vegan and gluten-free apple and olive oil cake and a salsa verde salmon.

Nadiya Hussain conjures up stress-free recipes that are ideal to chill out with on a lazy day at home. She gives her own unique twists to banana bread, veggie burgers, BBQ chicken and an apple and custard pie.

Nadiya show us her celebratory recipes for special occasions. Roast leg of lamb makes a fabulous party centrepiece along with lemon drizzle swirls and a spectacular red velvet cake. Cookery writer Sabrina Ghayour makes a Persian rice dish.
