Overview: Hye Won finally finds out about the secret surrounding her heart donor but finds herself unable to retract her feelings for Min Woo. Eun Hye's Dad tells Min Woo to share his heart with Hye Won. Min Woo tells him that he'll be happy with Hye Won and do his part to live on behalf of Eun Hye. Hye Won tries to avoid Min Woo, but ends up meeting him in an awkward situation.
