Overview: The Island Rescue Forces discover they have a job bigger than they can handle and have to call on the aid of their neighbors when all electrical power for the island is lost and danger to life and property is imminent. A couple is trapped in an elevator, a farmer risks losing his entire crop, several people need emergency medical attention, and a pair of thieves try to take advantage of the useless burglar alarms during the blackout.
