Overview: Poor PC Plum has a sore throat. Miss Hoolie makes him some honey and lemon tea. Edie's bus is causing a traffic jam, so PC Plum asks her to move it. Because he'd lost his voice, Edie thinks it is a game. PC Plum tries to write things down but is running out of paper. Josie Jump shows him another way to say what he means. PC Plum gets the hang of it, but then Edie moves her bus anyway. So Josie and PC Plum play charades with the children instead.
