Overview: This morning, the electricity goes off and nothing works, not even the TV. Archie decides to invent a TV that doesn't need electricity, but it doesn't have any pictures. So Spencer uses some paintings, then tells a story using socks from his washing basket. It is the Three Billy Goats Gruff, and it is so funny!
