Bringing all her usual flair and style, Rachel confidently and creatively transforms seemingly ordinary, easy-to-find ingredients into extraordinary meals and draws out the joy that can be found in simple, tasty home cooking.
Episode 1
First up, Rachel gives her culinary tips and tricks for creating amazing food at home. She prepares a dark chocolate pudding, roast chicken parcels and a spring salad.
Episode 2
Rachel serves up some of her favourite recipes using everyday ingredients. Dishes include a quick lentil dhal with homemade flatbreads, fresh pesto, and peach-ripple ice-cream.
Episode 3
Rachel reimagines some of her favourite recipes from her childhood. She makes beef and butternut squash stew, fishfingers with pea puree and rice pudding with caramel crisps.
Episode 4
Rachel shows how the best food can come in small packages. She serves up wraps stuffed with roasted vegetables, puff pastry parcels and pan-fried dumplings.
Episode 5
Rachel serves up some recipes from her culinary travels. They include Irish soda bread with a French tapenade, Swedish cookies, and potato croquettes with sauerkraut.

Rachel digs deep into the larder to create a crab and pineapple tartare, a Mediterranean-inspired cannelloni dish, and meringue and praline kisses made without eggs.

Rachel recreates three classic dishes. They include onion soup, peppers and tomatoes stuffed with smoky rice and a semolina pudding with a caramel crust.
