Tsuyuko Hoshino, a nurse, meets high school teacher Santa Fuyuno at a café for musicians and immediately falls for him. Despite knowing he is engaged, she becomes obsessed with him. Unbeknownst to her, her own daughter Akari is taught flute by Santa and their relationships develops beyond that of teacher and student.

Episode 1
Nurse Tsuyuko falls for high school teacher Santa at first sight, despite the fact that he is engaged to Tonaka. Meanwhile, he tries to encourage one of his students to pick up playing the flute again after she has abandoned it, just as her father abandoned her.
Episode 2
Hanako's father says he heard Santa was fired from his previous school for indecent behavior towards a student, but Hanako and Santa insist it was a misunderstanding. Santa meets his student Akari when he's supposed to go bridal shopping with Tonaka, and soon she has a confession to make for him.
Episode 3
Both Tsuyuko and Hanako find out that Santa and Akari have been seeing each other. Tsuyuko gets Santa suspended and it all comes to head when they all confront the teacher-student couple.
Episode 4
After Hanako has sacrificed herself to save Santa from Tsuyuko, and ended up losing the ability to walk, Santa devotes himself to her and marries her after all. Three years down the line, Tsuyuko controls Akari's life to the point that Akari no longer wants to to live.
