Overview: When FUNG-NIN knew that MA has been caught, he found that CHING has also arrived the Capital City. Four of them tried to figure out the plan. KWAI planned to seek help from the Vice Mayor TSUI KONG. In fact, KWAI has engaged to KONG’s son. KONG refused and wanted to terminate the engagement. WAI proposed to help KWAI but hinted to have sexual relationship with her. KWAI and KIU left in a huff. Mayor CHEUK visited PAK in the campus of Black Dragon Clique as the Russian boxer would like to challenge the local martial arts players. Mayor sought help from PAK but PAK recommended having the challenge to YUET. KWAI visited WAI and has almost being raped by him. FUNG-NIN found YUET for his help.
