Guinness World Records Primetime is a TV show based on the Guinness Book of World Records, and aired on the Fox television network from July 27, 1998 to October 4, 2001. It was hosted by Cris Collinsworth and Mark Thompson and reported on existing record-holders or on new record attempts. These new record attempts included many unusual or bizarre categories such as a 300-pound tumor, squirting milk from one's eye, covering one's self with bees, sitting in a tub of snakes, regurgitating, burping, setting one's self on fire, eating metal, worms, and ketchup, kissing cobras, acting as a human speed bump, and entering a coffin full of cockroaches. Most of these attempts never found their way into the Guinness Book. The show was met with poor ratings and even poorer reviews: viewers and critics alike were confused and appalled by the disturbing "records" being attempted.
Episode 1
Welcome to Guinness World Records: Primetime. In the first episode we see the man with the largest tumour- growing from his face.
Episode 2
Back in July 1998, Shridhar Chillal of Poona, India had his record-breaking fingernails measured on the set of Guinness World Records: Primetime. The combined length of the five nails of his left hand were found to be a staggering 6.15 m (20 ft 2.25 in). Shridhar does not grow the nails on his right hand. His ambition to grow his nails started from a young age. Shridhar's hand is now permanently disfigured from supporting the weight of the nails all these years, and nerve damage has resulted in deafness in his left ear.

In a very unusual episode, we see a man suck milk through a straw up his nose, then he squirts it out of his eye.

A man who was in a terrible accident has received a miracle. He has parts of his face magnetically clipped on, so well that you can't tell if they are real or not.

Some people are scared of bees and others are not. This man is attempting to cover his entire unprotected body, in honey making stingers.
Episode 7
Most people choose to take a bath in warm soapy water. But not this man. He is taking his snakes in with him.
Episode 8
This man likes to get into small spaces. So he is inserting himself into a 5 gallon tank. Good luck getting out.
Episode 9
A woman who suffered from a rare skin disease has chosen to turn her body into a work of art, by covering it with tattoos. Julia covered her body with tattoos to hide the effects of the skin disease porphyria, which causes blistering and scarring.
Episode 10
We've all seen the people with the double chins, but this guy has so much extra skin he can use it to cover his face.
Episode 11
A man shot in the head with a bullet, amazingly survived, but missing a large chunk from his head. Know he goes under the operating table as it is reconstructed.

The strange story of a skeleton that can move.
Episode 13
This talented man has been trained to lift objects with his tounge and ears. It also looks quite freaky.
Episode 14
Here we see a man who is able to walk invertly.
Episode 15
A woman risks her life as she climbs into a box of explosives.
Episode 16
Here is a challenge of different people who can squirt milk from their eyes.
Episode 17
Larry and Danny Ramos Gomez are two of a family of 19, which spans five generations, who all suffer from hypertrichosis or ""werewolf syndrome"". Even the women of the family are covered with a light to medium coat of hair, while the men have thick hair on every inch of their bodies, apart from their hands and feet. Most forms of excess hairiness are associated with hormone imbalances but the exact causes of the hairy family's hairiness are not yet known. Scientists and researchers are studying the DNA of the boys and searching for clues as to why they are as they are. There have been rumors that the family was searching the world for a cure.

In a special episode, we see a man cover himself in protective clothing, and light himself on fire on top of a building.

Believe it or not, this man is not a robot. He just has a craving for some nice, strong metal.

Special guest star Mr. Lifto, returns to prove that he is up to the challenge of lifting, just about anything.

Worms are normally eaten by birds. But not today. We see a bunch of young people eating ""dirty spaghetti"".
