Overview: A curious Dexter discovers that King Kapuna's powers lie in his crown and whoever wears it can rule Milhouse village. The octopus makes plans to swap the cornet for a fake one and manages to do so. Dexter rule soon becomes short lived after Flipper finds a way to interrupt the octopus' reign.
