The ragtag band of DIY bootcamp inductees arrive at Handyman Rehab and prepare to be hammered and drilled on the basic principles of construction by Canada's Worst Handyman's tough-love experts. Relegated to their apartments, the first assignments begin - who will emerge as the star pupil, and who will end the episode as the worst in the class?

Arguably the most important room in the house, why is it that so many bathroom renovations go terribly wrong? This episode tackles the most private of spaces, as the Handymen struggle to replace a toilet, lay linoleum and tile in close quarters. Tempers flare and meltdowns abound as the Handymen see their reno ambitions go down the drain and one is named as the episode's Worst Handyman.

Episode 4

At the halfway point, Canada's Worst Handyman throws everything at the participants - including the kitchen sink! As they tackle the kitchen floor, sink, door and walls, the Handymen play the blame game and turn on their nominators - for helping too much or not enough. The gang is surprised when they learn that the nominators will be switched up for each and every task. Has anyone improved? And who ends up in the Tool Shed?

As four of the Handymen decorate, beautify and work to complete their apartment projects, one spends the day in the ER. What was the reno "vice" that sent this Handyman to the hospital, and will he return in time to complete the job?

Episode 6

The Handymen claim that they have learned from their Rehab experience and today they face their ultimate challenge - one monster project that will combine the most daunting tasks from each previous episode. Hardhats and toolbelts on, they must work together to completely overhaul one apartment - start to finish - in just one day! In a flurry of activity including flooring, plumbing, furniture building and assembly, drywall and glass block installation the Handymen work to prove their mettle to the experts. Then, after one final challenge, the experts nail one participant with the unfortunate "honour" of being Canada's Worst Handyman.
