Overview: L.O.S.E. must fight to keep the title of "most annoying neighbors on the block" by thwarting Justice Gene, a gung-ho suburban bylaw officer. Gene's ticketing frenzy- for everything from yawning without covering your mouth to letting the lawn grow 1/6 of an inch too long- is terrorizing the neighborhood.
