Overview: The Rocket kids are excited about the new Sky Torpedo ride which has opened on the pier, but Twister can't go with the others since he has to babysit his cousin Little Scottie. When he decides to take Scottie to the pier anyway, things get out of hand when the little kid gets separated from the group. Will Twister find his cousin and get him home safely?
