Episode 1

Ainsley and Grace take a trip along the coast of south Devon. Their journey beings with a tour of the iconic Burgh Island and some of its famous landmarks. In Dartmouth, Grace meets the only commercial scallop free diver to harvest scallops in the UK.

Ainsley and Grace are in the easterly county of Norfolk, eating their way from its historic capital Norwich to the nostalgic seaside at Great Yarmouth.

Ainsley and Grace explore the breathtaking Scottish county of Aberdeenshire where they sample local langoustine and make a Caribbean-inspired fish stew overlooking the sea.

Ainsley and Grace explore the sunny Isle of Wight, where they sample a gallybagger souffle and black garlic sticky toffee pudding, and make nostalgic sweets.
