Episode 1

Baek Jong Won and the members gather for the first time. Since it’s their first trip, they talk about various things in detail to be thoroughly prepared. However, they are dumbfounded when they find out about their first mission. Jong Won is worried since the members are not used to cooking variety shows, but the members show off their unexpected skills.

Wolmyeongam Hermitage in Byeonsan, Buan-gun

Episode 2

Baek Jong Won and the members go deep into the mountains and visit a Buddhist temple to create a vegan menu for about 20 people. Baek Jong Won decides to go Chinese and makes Jjajangmyeon, tangsuyuk and dumplings without using meat or onions. Things take a turn for the worse when a lot more people show up that they expected.

Meteorological Observation Ship - Meteorological No. 1

Episode 3

This week’s request sheet is from the middle of the sea. Jong Won and the team make guesses about the location and prepare the ingredients. As expected, the members must cook for the 17 crew members of a ship. The menus are decided, and the ingredients are ready. However, cooking in a swaying ship gives them a hard time. Episode 4

This week’s request sheet is from a military base, and the members must cook for 300 people. Jong Won and Dae Hwan were kitchen police when they served in the military, so they are used to cooking for many people. Bo Hyun and DinDin try their best to support them. After cooking for 300 soldiers, the members receive another special request.

The 1st Infantry Division, Ilwolseong Battalion

Episode 5

The members receive another request sheet from a military base. This time, they must cook for 400 people. Since they had a hard time cooking for 300 people last week, a special guest joins the members to help. This guest shows off his cooking skills as he used to cook with Jong Won. Meanwhile, Dae Hwan makes a mistake while making coleslaw.

Fishing Village in Harye-ri, Jeju

Episode 6

The backpacker chefs have arrived at Jeju Island where they must cook a full course meal using a whole pig. The chief of a fish village requested a meal for female divers to encourage them. Jong Won and the members buy various cuts of pork and prepare dishes that the female divers haven't tried. The biggest challenge is to cook outdoors, where there's nothing set up. Will the backpacker chefs manage to serve the female divers a feast?

Jeju United Club House

Episode 7

The backpacker chefs are invited to Jeju United FC where they must cook for professional soccer players and their staff members. Jong Won is flustered as he’s asked to make stamina food. They must get groceries and finish cooking within three hours. Although the four of them divide the job and try their best, three hours isn’t enough to prepare lunch for 50 people. Will they be able to make it in time? Stay tuned to find out!

Camp Humphreys - Part 1

Episode 8

In this episode, the members visit Camp Humphreys, the US military base in Korea. For the surprise request, the members divide into Team Toast and Team Ramyeon and make Korean-style snacks with limited ingredients. For the mission, they’ll have to make four dishes that serve 500 people. Will they be able to capture everyone’s taste buds and complete the mission of making 500 servings?

Camp Humphreys - Part 2

Episode 9

To satisfy both the Korean and American tastes, the members make 500 servings of kimchi jjim, seafood tteokbokki, braised chicken, and steamed shank. Although the American kitchen makes it hard on them and unexpected crisis happens, the work has been divided perfectly. Will authentic Korean food capture the US soldiers?

Chungcheong Fire Service Academy

Episode 10

On the day of the ninth business trip, the members are heading to the training center for the National Fire Service Academy. They want to attack the 250 future firefighters with a cool meal, however, the ones who always get attacked are the members themselves. What crisis will they face this time?

Cheonan Seobuk Police Station Daycare Center

Episode 11

This week, the backpacker chefs are given the most difficult task ever. It's to make the food bland yet delicious for kids at a daycare center. Jong Won panics as he loves adding condiments to his food. They must come up with dishes that are both healthy and delicious. On top of that, they must meet the special request by the teachers. Will they be able to serve the kids lunch on time?

Seoul Zoological Garden

11th August 2022

Episode 12

The backpacker chefs are invited to Seoul Grand Park Zoo where they have to prepare lunch for the zookeepers. They must make 120 servings within four hours. An old friend of Jong Won's comes to help. They decide to make a hot and invigorating dish for the zookeepers whose work is physically draining. Later, the chefs receive a surprise request from the elephant keepers.

Northern Correctional Institution of Gyeongsangbuk-do 2nd Prison

18th August 2022

Episode 13

This week, the backpacker chefs are invited to Korea’s most dangerous and secured place, Gyeongbuk Second Correctional Institution. One of the senior prison guards requested a special meal for his fellow guards who are hardworking in a dangerous environment. He emphasizes that the meal needs to meet three requirements. What could be the special requirement for the prison guards? Stay tuned to find out!

Busan Sport High School

Episode 14

This time they visit Bo Hyun’s old school, Busan Sports High School. Bo Hyun hasn’t been back to his school for a while, so he’s very proud to be there. Bo Hyun used to box here so he leads the team and gives them a tour.

This time they visit the naval base in Jinhae and board the Hansando ship, the first training ship in Korea to make fusion Korean food for the client. After touring the ship, they enter the kitchen, but they are alarmed by the small size.

Episode 16

The members cook for a relatively small number of people this time. This time, they will cook for elderlies of a small village who learn painting at an art gallery. The members are confident, but it’s something they’ve never tried before. They must serve food that is popular among young people to elderlies in a small village. Stay tuned to check out!

Episode 17

The members thought they were going to a military base again. However, it turns out today’s location is a culinary school. Fabri joins the members for this episode, and he makes a special dessert. Jong Won is more nervous than usual as it feels like his food will be judged by the students. Meanwhile, the delivery of ingredients gets delayed. Stay tuned!

A doctor at the National Cancer Center invites the members to make lunch for the hard-working medical team. Yang Se Hyeong joins the team as a surprise guest. The members head to Daejeon and get surprised to be at the Korea Armed Forces Nursing Academy. Fabri and Heo Kyeong Hwan join in as the week’s guest chefs. This week’s food is based on the tastes of the young students and food that’s around college areas. Will they be able to successfully serve around 350 students? Stay tuned to find out!

After visiting 18 places and serving more than 3,000 people in the past 19 episodes, Jong Won and the members are finally wrapping up the show, cooking for themselves and filling their stomachs for the first time. They receive a reward vacation ticket and go camping together.
