Episode 1
Bobby and Sophie Flay visit the old-school eateries and new hot spots that make up Hollywood's eclectic food scene. The duo try green curry at Jitlada, the signature dish at Roscoe's House of Chicken and Waffles, Persian ice cream at Mashti Malone's and the high-end flavors at The Barish in The Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel. Then, Bobby cooks up a Hollywood-inspired dinner of California persimmon crepes and rib-eyes with Thai green curry butter.
Episode 2
Bobby and Sophie Flay explore downtown Los Angeles, hitting both the revolutionary eateries that are a part of the area's culinary rebirth, like Smorgasburg, a weekly open-air food market, and the tried-and-true restaurants that have stood the test of time, like Langer's Deli. Then, Bobby uses what he has learned along the way to make the ultimate goat tacos.
Episode 3
Bobby and Sophie Flay check out the culinary scene in the spectacular beach towns around Los Angeles. From Broad Street Oyster Co. in Malibu to Crudo e Nudo in Venice to Playa Provisions in Playa del Rey, they visit inventive chefs who are taking full advantage of the area's abundance of fresh seafood. To cap off this seaside food tour, Bobby cooks up a beach-inspired meal of grilled oysters, rockfish and prawns broiled in his outdoor oven.
