Before 30 follows the lives of 4 modern African women, living successfully in the city of Lagos. Together, they deal with the daily struggle against society and culture, and the pressure to be married before they turn 30 years old.

Temi meets an attractive, pro bono client at work; Aisha and Sherif return early from a trip to Brazil to support Ama and her charity; and Nkem deals with relationship woes.

Temi and her friends visit an art gallery and experience their own private revelations while viewing the pieces; Aisha and Sherif's unspoken marital tension comes to the fore; Nkem worries about falling too deeply in love with her new boyfriend.
