The lights have gone out at home, and Stian must take up the match against the darkness. With Sara visiting, he must go down to the basement and reset the fuse without appearing scared of the dark and cowardly.

Today, Stian and Obi decide to pretend they're sick. They would rather play video games than go to school. The match will be to convince his mom that he should stay in bed.

It's evening and Stian knows which match is approaching, the struggle against bedtime. On television today is Stians favourite series, and so it's all about delaying bedtime as long as possible.

There's a math test at school and Stian is determined to do his utmost, for Sara has shown a particularly keen eye for academically strong boys.

The match for love

Stian's most important match so far, the match for a possible girlfriend. At the school library Stian is planning how to ask Sara the crucial question - "Do you want get together with me?"
