Atef, a fresh graduate from the Faculty of Medicine, goes to receive the decision to assign him, then he is surprised that the place of his assignment is located in a health unit in the village of (Tarshuk al-Lif). He travels there to submit a grievance request for his transfer, but the first situation he encounters is the death of the director of the health unit.Episode 2

Atef finds himself detained in Sheikh Marzouk's house, then puts something strange in his tea that makes him act strange. Meanwhile, Sameer continues to court Hajar. Then Atef and Hajar sneak into Sheikh Marzouk's house to spy on him, and they fall into another trouble.Episode 7
Atef and Hajar try to recover the stolen laptop with the help of Ramadan. Atef discovers that Samir is charging extra fees for patients, and they have a heated argument, then Hajar scolds Atef for his inability to solve problems.Episode 8
