Overview: New storyline. Four teens are led into a life of violence by Anton Rodgers who has upper class pretensions and lives on a Chelsea houseboat with parties every night. Rodgers plays a contemptuous sadist whose idea of fun is hurting people, mirroring teen crime at the time. This was the last show and the series ended on a high note. Also starred Derek Fowlds and Annette Andre.
