Yang Helen (Huang Shuyi), the daughter of university professor Yang Jun (played by Zhu Ruitang), together with her classmates Yu Lide, friends Liu Guang (played by Yu Yang), Liu Xia and others organized a drama troupe to promote the Anti-Japanese War.
