They all left Sweden, the welfare state and the law of the jungle to realize their dreams of a better, happier and above all richer life in the United States. They succeeded and today they live and socialize with the world's richest and most famous people in the cosmopolitan city of New York and the exclusive Hamptons.

Meet the four Swedish New York wives: Madeline Hult Elghanayan from Stockholm, Gunilla Persson from Högsjö, Janique Svedberg from Gothenburg and Åsa Vesterlund from Piteå.
Episode 2
Madeline shows her rich friend the most expensive apartment in Manhattan - priced at half a billion dollars. Åsa wants to surprise her husband on their wedding day with a newly blinged-out muff. Janique talks about her crazy years as one of Kid Creole's coconuts.
Episode 3
Gunilla goes on a nightmare date and Madeline shows off her skills on the golf course. Janique enlists the help of her spirit guide to perform a smudging and Åsa is hypnotized to cure her severe fear of germs.

Gunilla Persson and her daughter Erika are preparing for an important gum casting. Åsa Vesterlund is psychic. Janique Svedberg, with only a few days to go before her wedding, sets off in search of a wedding dress.
