He moves in the servant's room with MOU. Now all the vacant rooms are occupied and the 4 ghosts have nowhere to stay. They find the "GHOST LANDLORD" for compensation. With no alternative, the "LANDLORD" grants them one chance of reincarnation. The first to drive out a family would be given the chance.
