Making a conscious effort to slow down has been a bit of challenge, but the farther along I get in my pregnancy the more instinctual it’s becoming. I know, I know, I said I didn’t want a baby shower but I changed my mind, my friends can thank me later. It was fun to let loose and see my family before I’m on travel lockdown. Everything is finally coming together...but of course being my daughter, she’s keeping me on my toes and switching up my birth plans.

It’s one thing after another in this last phase of pregnancy and being faced with a c-section is not something I ever wanted to consider. I’m really hoping these final doctor appointments bring good news but to be honest, I’m really nervous.
