Overview: Go-Joe joins his friends Khadijha and Laurie and they ride their bicycles at the park. Sarah-Jane sees them having fun on their bikes and it gives her an idea. She takes them try out a special kind of bike riding BMX. They learn how to ride the bumps on a BMX track with a special instructor.
